How often are shipments/selections?
Quarterly – March, June, September, December.
Can I customize my shipment?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with options before each release.
How do I use my discount?
Simply let our staff know. They’ll verify your active membership. Your discount applies to you and up to 3 guests.
Is there a commitment?
Yes. A $100 early cancellation fee applies if you cancel before your 4th shipment (as of July 1, 2025).
Can I skip a shipment?
Yes –member may skip one shipment without impacting membership benefits-just notify us before billing.
Can I switch between pickup and shipping?
Absolutely. Update your preference online or contact us directly.
What if I miss a pickup?
No worries – we’ll hold your wines for 60 days.
Do I get notified before billing?
Yes. We always email you ahead of each release.
How do I update my info (card, address, etc.)?
Log into your account or email club manager.
